From Hwy 63 in Cable, take County Rd M 2 ½ miles and turn left onto South Lake Owen Drive, go 3 ½ miles and turn left continuing on South Lake Owen Drive approx. 1 ¼ miles, go straight onto Eagle Knob Rd, continue for approx. ½ mile to the property. NOTE: The Louis family are going to build a new family dining hall, and have decided to sell off everything in the existing one, including anything salvageable from the building itself. The commercial kitchen is immaculate, the furnishings are rustic north- woods, and there are many items added from the family’s surrounding homes. This is a really nice sale, many unique items, and this is a very partial list of items up for auction. Please plan to attend the preview, especially if you plan to bid on any of the commercial kitchen or building materials. Buyer is responsible for removal and time is limited. Everything must be out by the 2nd pickup day. Remember, safe social distancing, masks are mandatory.
